Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, and project scope changes. A written contract will be provided before work begins, outlining the full scope of work and payment terms.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will communicate any changes to your project timeline as soon as possible.

Property Access and Permits

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from your homeowners association or local authorities. We can assist with permit applications as needed, but final responsibility lies with the property owner.

Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of our work. Labor warranties are provided as outlined in your service contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and will be transferred to you upon project completion. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by severe weather, accidents, or improper maintenance.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover materials and labor already invested in your project.

Liability and Insurance

RailVista Torrington Fence Builders carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or for existing property damage not related to our work. We recommend you contact 811 to have utilities marked before work begins.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
